The staff welcomed everyone right after getting out of the taxi. They were attentive. the room and terrace size was bigger than expected. i found tan at the restaurant very polite and professional. all doormen were smiling and helpful, which really enhanced my stay from beginning to end.

I noticed some slower service when requesting pool towels. drink orders by the pool sometimes took a little longer.

Decent stay with a good location

The hotel has its own beach. I found this very convenient. The room was very clean and spacious (especially with a balcony!). It provided a superb view of the sea. I also liked the Sanctuary of Truth. Breakfast was excellent and included a great selection of fresh fruits. The coffee was also excellent.

I really don't understand why they couldn't lend me a spoon. I wanted to enjoy my ice cream in my room. I didn't see any spoon in the room. Not even a coffee spoon. The reception said I had to order something from the restaurant first (what?). Then they could lend me a spoon. The swimming pool wall is very sharp. It might scratch you. Be careful when you swim.
